Our Policy
At Jōg Chai, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, which include dry goods, all sales are considered final. For health, safety, and quality reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges for 1 week after the order had been delievered if the packaging has not been opened. We do not bear the cost of return. We also process returns and exchanges in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible after receiving your package so we can review and resolve the issue promptly. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective items to help us assess the situation efficiently.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Jog Chai will offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment, depending on your preference and product availability.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your financial institution.
Replacement items, if requested, will be shipped at no additional cost to you. We make every effort to ensure that all replacement orders are carefully packed and promptly dispatched so you can enjoy our products without further delay.
Important Notes
Please note that we cannot issue refunds or replacements for products that were damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse after delivery.
Additionally, minor variations in packaging or product appearance that do not affect quality or safety are not considered defects.
